  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born April 30, 1990, also known as Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott), is an American artist and rapper. His stage name is the fusion of the name a loved uncle and the initials of Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012, with Epic Records. In April 2013 Scott signed a joint recording contract with Epic and T.I. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut full-length album called the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his debut full-length album, Owl Pharaoh. Then, he followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the debut studio album. The smash single "Antidote" was the main track. His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) became his first Billboard 200 number one album. In the following year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the group name Huncho Jack.In 2018 his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to great acclaim. It also featured his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It was a top hit on the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the Hot 100's first artist to release three singles at number one in less than a year in 2020.
